• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached. Footwear must be tried indoors only and returned in its box.
• Not eligible: Final-sale and altered items; hygiene-sealed items once the seal is broken.

• Return shipping: Customer's cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
