- Window: 30 days from delivery (more generous than the 14-day UK statutory minimum under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached. Footwear must be tried indoors only and returned in its box.
- Not eligible: Final-sale and altered items; hygiene-sealed items once the seal is broken.
- How to return: Email support@monucos.com with your order number — we reply within one business day with the return address.
- Return shipping: Customer's cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
- Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return.
